Holloway Cook were tasked with providing a waterproofing solution to the three aged and deteriorating roof areas covering this property.

HCA partnered with Sika to offer a combination of different technologies to best suit our clients’ requirements and provided a 20-year, single-point warranty across all three roof areas.

In addition to the waterproofing element of the works, we also installed free-standing guardrails to the roof edge, renewed the lightning protection system and installed striking red walkways throughout.
