Santander UK is one of the leading personal financial services companies in the United Kingdom. The bank has circa 20,000 employees with over 800 branches and 64 corporate business centres. The standing seam metal cladding to the three large plant rooms on the roof area of Santander’s Headquarters, located in the centre of Glasgow’s financial district were in a leaking and dilapidated condition.

The cladding was repaired followed by installing a liquid applied, reinforced coating system which was aesthetic to the cladding when originally installed and came with a 15 year weatherproofing guarantee.
