The 5,000m2 of single ply membrane covering the flat roof areas were beginning to fail in numerous places causing disruption to the manufacturing process. Following detailed condition surveys including electronic leak detection testing we recommended that the original substrate was in a suitable condition to be retrofitted with a low odour, liquid applied, elastomeric, seamless, cold applied weatherproofing membrane.
