Goodenough College, London

The mastic asphalt membrane covering the terrace roof area had failed in several areas and was difficult to repair with it being covered with large planters and promenade tiles. The terrace was prepared and a robust liquid applied; non-slip coating system was applied over the existing substrate. The terrace is frequently used by the student’s as a roof top study area.
