Data Centre – Reigate

Holloway Cook were tasked with providing a waterproofing solution to this aged and deteriorating metal clad roof.

Due to the sensitive equipment housed in the building below, any water ingress would be a major issue for our client.  To reduce the risk of this happening during refurbishment, HCA partnered with Sika to offer a liquid applied solution, utilising the existing metal roof and gutters as a structural deck and providing a 20-year, single-point warranty.

In addition to the waterproofing element of the works, free-standing guardrails were also installed to the roof edge and the lightning protection system was renewed.
